Customer Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant

Part/Full time available: days, evenings, Saturdays

This position requires an individual with great people skills and a positive and friendly attitude.  He/she must be able to multitask!  Client communication and customer service are a big part of the position.  This individual must be professional, flexible, and a team-player.  A love of animals is a must; experience with animal handling is recommended.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients, answering phones, cashiering deposits, processing deliveries, inventory, filing and record keeping.
  • Assisting with x-rays, preparing lab samples, restraining animals, assisting with euthanasia.

General computer knowledge is a must.

This individual must be able to handle the physical aspect of the position including the lifting of some animals.
